Oliver Robert Burleigh is a British entrepreneur and property developer with experience across construction, real estate, and technology. He began his career as a trainee electrician and went on to establish ORB, a mechanical and electrical contracting firm that has become a trusted name in the Southwest of England. ORB is known for its reliable delivery across residential and commercial developments.

Following the success of ORB, Oliver co-founded CB Construction Management Ltd (CBCM), a main contractor and development manager that works closely with landowners and developers from early-stage planning through to completion. CBCM has built a reputation for helping coordinate design and delivery teams, ensuring that projects progress smoothly and meet high standards.

Oliver also runs Executive Properties & Lets, a property holding and holiday let business focused on premium homes in locations such as Cornwall, Devon and Bath. The company manages a growing portfolio of short-term rentals, often through strategic acquisitions and refurbishments.

In addition to his property work, Oliver is a board member and shareholder in a technology firm that helps consumers identify cases of irresponsible lending using open banking data. The business is growing steadily and aims to support fairer financial outcomes for individuals across the UK.

He is now involved in the early stages of launching a real estate business in the UAE, working with local partners to source and reposition residential properties. All of these ventures sit under Burleigh Investments, Oliver’s privately held holding company, which provides strategic oversight and capital to a group of businesses operating in related sectors.

Oliver combines hands-on experience with commercial judgement, and remains focused on building sustainable businesses that create long-term value. He lives in the UK with his wife and two young children.
